Profile Description
Responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and performance of an organization's IT infrastructure by managing the timely deployment of patches, updates & software deployments.
My team responsible for ensuring that all workstations are up to date OS, security tools and 3rd party updates.
My team cater all vulnerability remediation for all workstations enterprise wide, we have over 25,000-30,000 workstations.
Responsible for collaboration in the selection of hardware, software and supplies, team leadership to include performance management, retention, hiring and termination, project management, requirements for enhancements, reliability, security, and compliance with company standards, policies, processes and procedures.
