I am doing all the admin task; attendance monitoring of staff, approval of PTO, support in timekeeping, calling insurances for credentialing, answering and checking emails, attend meetings, helping billing department in consolidating incoming and outgoing expenses, sorting and filing, encoding, and different task assigned from time to time.

I worked in Prior Auth department for 2 years, I'm calling different insurances to initiate and follow up status of Prior Authorization of the patient. Most of the insurances that I've worked is Humana, UHC , BCBS, Cigna, Wellcare, Wellmed, Optum VA, and different IPA's or 3rd party provider I used Availity, UHC portal, BCBS

Skilled in insurance verification by verifying thru insurance portals and calling different insurances to check eligibility

Credentialing Provider in Different Insurances (UHC, Health Net, Cigna, BCBS, IEHP etch)
