I'm a kind of worker that really want to learn for a new things that i know for different job hiring are have a different responsibilities and i need to prepared for this challenges to have knowledge or intelligence for specific job. I'm a kind of worker that too committed on the job because i know this is very important on your work, it helps you to be best asset of the company you worked. Having a one year experience in a BPO Industry is not easily. Receiving a lot of calls from the customers that irate, frustrated and angry are not easily to handle. I need to learn how i can able to work under pressure, but with my previous job, i totally learned how to handle it perfectly and to give a best satisfactions in our customer. I can handle a different difficult situations. I am easily to adapt. I know being beginner is difficult but if i am willing to learn and put a love on my job. No matter it's hard i know one day i can easily apply everything with my own. That's all. Thank you.
