Since 2002, I've worked for 2 companies with different tasks. At present, I am working in an electric utility where I was able to supervise my co-accounting peers and at the same time a bookkeeper. Since I am flexible and capable in learning things, I was able to adapt tasks given to me and these were the following:
- Responsible in making journal entries and posting to an accounting system
- Reconcile accounts and ensure its accuracy
- Manage profitability and its results
I also had an experience as a budget officer where my duties are:
- Implements budgeting and financial record keeping procedures
- Maintains accurate information on the financial status of the cooperative
- Prepares the annual budget report
I've worked also as an accounting officer where I was assigned in making vouchers, organizing and arranging paid vouchers.
With the skills I have cultivated for the past years, I believe that it can be tapped and contribute to your philosophy of service to your clients.
For me, life is a continuous learning process. Hence, if my background would not be of much help to you, I welcome tasks as part of my learning. New experiences that I will encounter in a new different job would add up in my "skills vault" and for sure will be an advantage for me to grow as a person.
