With nearly five years of experience in the rapidly growing BPO industry, I have worked as an Accounts Associate for various companies. I have managed accounts in areas such as Reservations, Sales, Customer Service, and even worked with a financial account (Mortgage Company). I was also promoted to Supervisor for a Sales account. My background includes experience in administrative tasks, research, data entry, and email management. I am well-versed in using a range of tools and applications such as CRM systems, MOJO, Vulcan7, Five9, Google Docs/Spreadsheets, PDF, MS Word, and Excel.
Since 2016, I have been working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) and Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for a U.S.-based real estate company. I specialize in cold calling, circle prospecting, setting appointments, and working with expired and FSBO listings. In 2021, I was promoted to Team Leader, overseeing a team of ISAs/Virtual Assistants. My team is responsible for lead generation, including expired listings, FSBO, agent recruitment, buyer/seller leads, and cash offers. I evaluate and coach teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, identifying opportunities for development, and manage client databases/CRMs like Follow-up Boss, Brevity, Command, and Salesforce.
