I’ve performed a lot of tasks as a Virtual Assistant for a few years including Customer Service (Answering emails from customers, Updating Tracking details in some US orders), Order Processing, and Email Handling.

I also had experience in eBay, and Shopify listing, which is responsible for product sourcing, product listing, SEO (Title Optimizing), and photo editing. I am well familiar with Oberlo when importing products from Aliexpress to Shopify. In time, I’ve gained depth knowledge of the various tasks. I learned how to be adaptable and have a high attention to detail. I have a wide-ranging familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. I’ve used Amazon Seller Central and MS Excel(Google Sheets). I also have experience in Dropshipping finding products that are good to dropship on eBay, such tools I'm familiar with like; AutoDS, Yaballe Lister, SKU Grid. Profit Scraper, Web Seller Guru, DSM tool, Shopmaster, and Dropship Beast for listing an item and Zik Analytics (Competitor Research, Product Research) in easy finding items.

I also have my personal computer with fast and reliable internet access. I do have a verified account which I've been using since engaging in online work.
