-Assists passengers regarding ticketing concerns such as rebooking/re-scheduling, ticket refunds, travel
fund, payment validations and general inquiries.
-Processing business travels and free flight redemption incentives for internal employees.
-Issuance of revenue and non-revenue bookings daily.
-Contact providers to organize retrieval of patient records.
-Identify and coordinate retrieval of patient records.
-Upload retrieved data to secure database.

-Live Chat Support for an Online Shopping site.
-Attend to customers queries and concerns about their parcels and orders.
-Reports daily flight shifts and disruptions
-Evaluates customer service agents’ performance and make recommendations for improvement.
-Observes customer service agents as they interact with daily passengers and daily tasks to make sure
that proper handling is met
-Deals with conflict between colleagues and between employees and passengers.
-Help passengers with self-serve or assisted check in procedures
