As someone who studied 3 years of tertiary education specializing in accounting, I have developed this passion for solving complex problems and this craving for growth and learning. I consider myself a hard-working person, a confident fast-learner who always demonstrates a "can do" attitude no matter the assigned task would be, a flexible worker, a highly motivated individual, and above all, a responsible partner.

In my spare time, you would find me in the kitchen passionately cooking great dishes for the ones I love, which is the skill I learned since I was just six! ->Sales Advisor II (US-based telco account from May 2019 to November 2019)
This was with a BPO company where I handled a hybrid account, with 2 concurrent chats and inbound calls assigned. I offered customer service for billing, sales, and technical support for home and mobility services.

->Subject Matter Expert (US-based telco account from November 2019 to September 2021)
Also, it was with a BPO company and this was a pure voice hard-selling account for home services. After 6 months from the hired date, I was promoted as an SME which was a versatile role at the time. I handled my own team, was assigned to the escalations team, worked and handled t ---------- ing and nesting, and ultimately, I did admin tasks such as payroll, daily coaching, reports, emails, meetings, deliberations, and the like making sure that the sales targets were met by the tea ---------- mbers.

->CSR III - Escalations Manager (In-house escalation team supporting TELUS, a Canadian-based telco provider from April 2022 to May 2024)
This account was under the BPO industry as well, and I handled clients requesting for operations manager or even executives. Clients who are not satisfied with the resolution provided to them on their billing, technical, sales, security, and customer service concerns. I worked with the executives, setting appointments for callbacks, processing sales order, doing negotiations with clients for retention, forging relationships with new and potential clients, and did admin tasks.

->Since primary to tertiary education, I have proven skills in leadership. To back it up, I have been assigned as the vice president of the Supreme Student Government back in my primary school days, and have been assigned as the president of the class in junior high school. In college, I have was an executive committee member of the Far Eastern University’s Central Student Organization under the Office of the Treasurer, the largest student body organization supporting over 50,000 students. Our tasks was to forge relationships and look for potential partners that would fund school events and in return we offer space rental services, product/service promotions, and the like.
