I am aspiring to be VA who has a background with medical records, Patient Authorization and all other things related as a Medical Virtual assistant as I was a Medical records retrieval representative for 4 years in one of the retrieval facilities in the US.
Prior to this I was previously a Technical support representative in Sykes Asia - Cebu . I was responsible for resolving a variety of technical issues such as hardware, software, network, or connectivity problems reported by customers.
My supervisor and co workers always say that I am amiable, knowledgeable, and someone they enjoy working with since I am easy to approach.
I excel at communicating with others, getting my job done way ahead of deadlines and I am also a critical thinker. If you are looking for someone you can trust with the tasks assigned.
