• Manage the flow of raw materials, WIP, finish goods from procurement all the way to delivery of products. • Close coordination with supplier and customer to ensure ZERO customer complaints on material delivery and demand. • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast and supply review data to perform analysis on materials/demand.

A supply chain analyst which is responsible for understanding, optimizing, and managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This includes analyzing data, forecasting demand, optimizing logistics, capacity planning, managing risk and reporting.

Plan material to purchase base on forecast (6 months forecast from production planner) • Perform RFQ for each supplier (mostly every quarter but every purchase order for indirect materials). • Follow up deliveries from the supplier and make sure it aligned with planned delivery dates. • Monitor critical materials from delivery from supplier to arrival in the plant until it reaches the production line. • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly report to ensure inventory is within the optimum level.
