I am a Technical Support Specialist on a Telco Account for almost 4 years based in US, I help customer to troubleshoot their internet, VOIP and televisions and set an appointment for a technician visit, also I am Quality Analyst on the same account who listens to every call and make sure every representative is providing a quality customer experience.
