Profile Description

My name is Psalm Jemuel Dalumpines (PJ), 29 years of age with a robust background spanning over five years in the BPO industry, coupled with two years of corporate experience in an auditing firm.
In my recent role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a BPO setting, I honed my expertise in multi tasking, taking escalation reports, exposed in client meeting and sending reports with service line agreement and training people. My experience includes handling team supporting the immediate supervisor, sending day to day reports as well as maintaining all KPIs and deliverables.
Additionally, my two-year work-from-home setup during the pandemic has equipped me with strong remote work skills, ensuring productivity and efficiency even in a remote environment.
Prior to my BPO experience, I gained valuable insights and skills during my two-year tenure at an auditing firm, specializing in immigration tasks. This role instilled in me a keen attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks effectively.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am also an active powerlifting athlete and a coach. This role has not only taught me the importance of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork but has also reinforced my commitment to excellence in everything I do.
