Worked under a professor handling daily admin tasks such as phone calls, printing documents, delivering documents personally, reaching out to various local and international educational institutions via phone and email, and assisted on a 100 person local event with international guests.

Organized entire client case files following a file naming convention, updating information on the tabs of Casepeer, and ensuring that there are no duplicate files or redundant photos on file.

Compiled exhibits and drafted and demand letters to be sent to auto insurance providers in California. Used Casepeer for our templates, referencing TCRs for proper CVC codes and reviewed medical records and bills. Wrote over 900 demand letters within 2 years - about 15-17 average per week.
