Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software. Record cash or check vouchers, purchase orders, receiving reports, stock issuances, account statements, inventory reports, and other accounting documents or records.

Managing employees by determining staffing levels, allocating workloads, and auditing inventory levels. Use computers loaded with accounting software (Prime System) to record and analyze data. Monitor reports, and other accounting documents or records.
