I am a dedicated Transaction, Listing and  Property Management coordinator Real Estate Virtual Assistant with solid training
and hands-on experience in supporting U.S. real estate professionals. Having
completed the Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Masterclass, I developed expertise in lease processing, tenant
coordination, maintenance requests, rent roll updates, and trust accounting. I
am also skilled in MLS navigation, preparing accurate CMAs, comps analysis, and
transaction coordination-ensuring property managers, agents, and brokers get
reliable support from start to finish. My background in sales, operations, and
client relations has sharpened my ability to communicate
effectively, build strong relationships, and manage complex tasks with accuracy
and efficiency to deliver consistent results.

I am well-versed in using industry-standard tools such as Buildium, MLS platforms, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM,
alongside productivity apps like Google Workspace,
Microsoft Office, and MS Teams. I also provide creative support
with Canva for marketing needs and handle file
management through Google Drive and
Dropbox. Known for being proactive, organized,
and client-centered, I ensure seamless workflows, whether it’s
managing schedules, responding to client inquiries, preparing reports, or
supporting daily property operations. My goal is to help real estate businesses
stay productive, keep tenants satisfied, and achieve steady
