I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for an available position. Through my experience in the past 11 years. Started my first year in the BPO industry as an operations manager in an online platform which renders services to clients in need of support with their campain which includes medical transcription, appointment setting and sales. I then took the chance in working with a bigger Company as a call taking agent that handles customer concerns and upsell or provide new services
of the biggest telco comany in the US which monopolizes TV, internet, homephone, and mobile. And for the past 10 years I’ve climbed up the ladder and was even appointed as an operation manager. My recent role was still with the same campaign and handler a team of Agents that’s focused in offering wireless service, device, and fiber internet. And as I drived my Team, through coaching through respect and value, we consistently delivered.
