- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and travel documents

- Respond to client inquiries via
- Provide quotes and follow up on travel requests
- Assist clients before, during and after their trips
Administrative and Back-Office Support
- Manage calendars, schedules and deadlines
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
- Organize supplier details, pricing and contracts
Supplier and Partner Coordination
- Coordiante with airlines, hotels, tour operators and vendors
- Track bookings, availability and commissions
- Assist with invoice processing and payment tracking
