Before stepping into the world of advertising, I spent 1 year and 6 months as a Team Lead, guiding people, processes, and performance. That experience taught me how much I enjoy bringing out the best in others and driving collective success. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Executive Assistant for 2 years, sharpening my ability to manage priorities, support leadership, and communicate across cultures.
