I’ve been working for more than six years which includes as a logistics coordinator - track and trace and as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry. As a logistics staff – track and trace I’m calling drivers and dispatchers to know their whereabouts such as their current ETA to the shipper/ receiver, if they got loaded, if there are any issues to file as OS&D, to identify if they set the temperature correctly if it’s reefer, providing lumper fee if needed, etc. Also, since I work as a customer service representative, communicating with the customers will never be a problem. Providing an excellent customer service experience to your customers will always be the top priority.
