I started working in the hospitality industry for a year and d ---------- to worked as a customer service for almost 3 years, specializing in phone, chat and email support. Right now, As a person who loves to travel, I am expanding my field and working as a travel consultant in a well known international bank. I Determine our clients needs and make sure to recommend suitable travel options while making sales on the side. My skill sets involves knowledge in using GDS systems, Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc. I also handle making sure meeting and deadlines are met for our valuable card members. Lastly, I highly value Maintaining relationships with our clients thru a excellent customer service.
