Experienced Operations Manager with 9 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, and supply chain coordination, including 8 years of hands-on experience using CargoWise.

I specialize in operational management, workflow optimization, process improvement, and team coordination within the freight forwarding industry. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience in CargoWise operations, including workflow setup, process configuration, operational support, and system administration functions to help improve efficiency and business operations.

I was part of a startup logistics company during its early stages and became one of its first employees. Initially hired as a Team Leader, I was promoted to Operations Manager as the company rapidly expanded. I played a key role in helping scale operations from a small team of 3 employees to nearly 100 employees by contributing to operational structure, process stabilization, workflow implementation, and business support initiatives. I was also involved in office setup and business registration support during the company’s growth phase.

In addition, I actively participate in global logistics networking events and attended JCtrans conferences in Shanghai and Bangkok, allowing me to further expand my knowledge of international freight forwarding, logistics partnerships, and supply chain trends.
