- Synchronizing or manually updating calendars on all platforms.
- Updating pricing across all booking platforms and channel managers.
- Publishing new listings on booking platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.
- Updating listings as needed, including professional photos, descriptions, amenities, and more.
- Soliciting and managing reviews, addressing complaints, and handling listing and price mapping.
- Implementing Airbnb/Vrbo SEO and backlinking strategies.
- Handling damage claims with Airbnb and Vrbo.- Managing channel manager integrations and handling pricing and calendar management, including blocking and unblocking dates and ensuring synchronization.
- Tracking invoice payments and expenses.

In addition to these core competencies, I also offer skills in social media management for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest, as well as basic graphic design, email management, and data entry.
