Prepare and submit Requests for Tenancy Approval (RTAs), HAP contracts, lease packages, annual recertifications, rent increase requests, and all required supporting documentation.
Coordinate directly with housing authorities to ensure compliance with program regulations and resolve documentation deficiencies promptly.
Monitor inspections, compliance deadlines, abatements, and corrective actions to maintain uninterrupted subsidy payments and avoid compliance issues.
4. Operations & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, contractor scheduling, and vendor follow-ups.
Manage utility accounts and essential property services, including electricity, gas, pest control, waste management, internet, and other operational vendors.
Track repair deadlines and ensure timely completion of work required by housing authorities, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
5. Legal & Administrative Support
Coordinate with attorneys regarding lease violations, nonpayment matters, eviction-related documentation, and other legal correspondence.
Review lease renewal condition reports to ensure compliance and readiness for renewal.
Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements, housing authority regulations, HOA requirements, municipal ordinances, and insurance guidelines.
