I use Zic analytics to search/find profitable products with the criteria of a high sell-through and 7 days sales, Total sold and fewer competitors to compete with other stores on eBay. I import/list it to ShopMaster to do basic editing of the product image, do title optimization, add categories to the product that I list/import, add tags, description, and price then publish. The published products in ShopMaster will automatically be posted on eBay. But, suddenly the ShopMaster was shut down.

In WordPress, I do Title optimization, add descriptions, tags, meta descriptions, focus keyphrase, slug, and price with 105 discount then post.
