I was a back-office transaction coordinator from 2013 to 2020. I am a back-office tech support in a BPO setting catering to different service requests such as password resetting, granting tool access, resolving login issues, and many more.
I have a wide array of experience from being a chat support, dispute support, and investigator for unauthorized transactions.
