Profile Description

I started working freelance in March 2022 as an SEO Content Writer and Editor for Happy Dog Breeds/Bubbly Pets. The main job description is to write SEO articles on different topics on pets, but mostly about dogs. My effectiveness in the role has given me the opportunity to become an editor in just after 4 months. As both a writer and editor, I have gained familiarity with tools such as Grammarly, Surfer SEO, and now WordPress.
I am also a certified dog breeder, and dogs have been a consistent passion of mine ever since I was little. My kennel, Haze Hounds PH, produces quality puppies from 14 different breeds. I am generally in charge of overall operations, including the routine care of all dogs and puppies, maintenance of the facility, partnerships with veterinary clinics, suppliers, and other kennels, sales and marketing, and client management.
Prior to these, I had 16.5 years of experience in the corporate field. Most of these were in supervisory (3 years) and managerial roles (13 years), handling accounts for global banking institutions, the longest being with J.P. Morgan Chase.
The majority of these were also with Customer Service Operations, while the last two years were me shifting into an HR role as a Divisional Consultant, which focused on data science and analytics of people-related metrics. My main interests, which I would also consider my expertise, would be Customer Service, Leadership Development, and Data Science and Analytics.
As a people manager for both client-facing and back-end operations, I love striking a balance among the employees, the client, and the shareholders. I am fond of innovating to create efficiencies and synergies across these three aspects. I keep things organized in my department but am also very flexible as the situation requires. My training in AGILE and Scrum made me effective in terms of adjustments, and getting the job done on time. I love working on tools and systems to create operational efficiencies to transform the routine and administrative types of work into more complex and "thinking" types of jobs. Further, being in Operations for most of my career sharpened my ability to do root cause analysis, reporting, and presentations on a global scale.
Further, one of my passions is Coaching and Leadership Upgrade to see actual info my leadership roles, I have mentored and developed people into becoming better coaches, being more efficient with their current tasks and responsibilities, and reaching their career goals. I enjoy conducting team dynamic sessions and bringing my team into a spirit of healthy competition to boost performance and create passion for work.
During the last two years of my professional career in ANZ Global Services and Operations, I have mostly been involved in Data Mining, Data Science, and Analytics for Human Resources. I have been primarily responsible for key company-wide people analytics such as, but not limited to, performance trends, rewards and recognition, corrective actions, absenteeism, hiring, and benefits.
