I worked in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company for almost 14 years and have been exposed to different roles. I was a customer service representative in a health care account with the main objective is to provide accurate information and utmost customer service experience to our customers who are professionals. I was promoted to a quality specialist role with the main objective is to ensure that our representatives are providing customer service in lieu with the company’s and client’s quality standard. To learn more and improve my skills, I moved up to a team leader post with the main purpose is to ensure that our representatives are able to improve and maintain a good performance.
With my accumulated years of working in a BPO company and with my exposure to different roles during those years honed me to be better professionally and as an individual. And, with those years I was able to improve my managing skills, learned to adapt to different situations, lead different types people with different personality, improved my coaching style and understood the importance of improving performance.
Currently I am working as a Virtual Assistant of a MSP sales coach which at first I had no idea on what to do but along the way I was able learn to many things on my own by watching videos in Youtube, exploring applications, and asking so many questions. I also work as an Amazon Virtual Assistant focusing on infringement review, product build and product list update.
Undeniably, there are still so much to learn but, with the skills that I was able to accumulate through out the years, I know that I can be a reliable member of your team.
