I have over 5 years of work experience in the B.P.O industry and I have handled different campaigns and accounts from my previous centers which really taught me well to be more equipped and to be more productive. I was a technical support representative for a big cable and internet company and was promoted as a flex-trainer for that same account. And I d ---------- to transfer to a new company where I was trained to be a sales and customer service representative and I worked in that company for one year. And I also have experience in dialing outbound campaigns as a lead qualifier and appointment setter. I have been working as a virtual assistant from the year 2019 up to the present and I gained a lot of experience in remote working. Two years ago I was working for an agency as a recruitment staff and just in March of 2025 that job finally ended. And now, I am working for a real estate business as a virtual property manager.
