Profile Description

I'm a Technical Support Representative with 9 years of experience providing phone, email and chat support for customers across the United States. I used to work as Web Advisor and got promoted and presently working as Senior Quality Evaluator to one of the leading web hosting company in the United States. I am extremely motivated and passionate in any given task. I have a strong interpersonal and communication skills and I also know how to handle and deal with different kinds of people and circumstances. Furthermore, I am equally effective working independently and in cooperation with others.
My main support is basic troubleshooting of
WordPress, Weebly and Website Builder but not totally to a point of editing or customizing the website. I have an idea of FTP clients as file transfer protocol.
