I already have experience working in Real Estate for almost 4 years and I've worked with different real estate wholesalers and investors from US particularly in MD, NJ, CA, FL, NV, TX, IN and KY.

Just to let you know, below are the usual tasks that I've done:
- using of Top Producer and Transaction Desk
-creating/preparing contracts, purchase agreements, MLS offers
- sending offers via SignNow and Docusign, AuthentiSign
-using Skyslope, GoHighLevel, Authentisign, Toronto MLS
-sending texts and communicating homeowners via instant/SMS messaging softwares
-handling replies from homeowner to generate leads
-web scraping on Zillow, Craigslist
-creating content using Canva
-lead generation and data entry jobs
-skip tracing properties using Propstream, Upgrade to see actual info and county websites
-getting phone numbers, owner's name and mailing address using real estate websites
-managing Go Daddy website
-using of LeadSherpa, EZ REI for real estate marketing
-email marketing using Mailchimp
-mailing campaigns using Click2mail
-download lists of motivated sellers from websites
-pulling lists on Propstream
-CRM management
-building lists on spreadsheet (cash buyers list, code violations, affidavit of heirships, deceased)
-managing excel spreadsheets(skiptraced, removing duplicates, etc.)
-social media marketing
-research properties and pulling comparables on MLS, Propstream
-posting listings/ads to Craigslist, Facebook, and other networks
-excellent knowledge on Lease Option/Rent to Own
-using of different CRMs (Smarter Contact, ClickSend, Deal Machine, Podio, FreedomSoft, Vumber, Google Voice, Top Producer, Salesmsg)
