I worked as a Technical Support and Customer Service representative for about 8 years. I’ve worked for a VoIP company, a renowned Fortune 500 bank, and as a Remote Desktop Specialist (Geek Squad Agent). I have good communication skills and am proficient in both writing and speaking in the English language. I also possess a fine combination of troubleshooting/problem-solving (critical thinking) and soft skills developed through years of handling technical issues and customer service concerns. I was a Tier 2 agent for most of my technical support experience.

I am an IT graduate and the Project Manager and Technical Writer for our Capstone Project. I am quite confident in my interpersonal skills, and my strengths lie in my time and work management capabilities and adaptability. Apart from my skill set, I also value a good work ethic. These are the reasons why I consider myself suitable, if not perfect, for online jobs, remote work, and freelancing.

For the past 6 years (2019-present), I have worked as a screenwriter/scriptwriter, songwriter, and SEO content writer with some copywriting jobs on the side. I've worked on music videos, corporate AVPs, marketing videos, commercials, and short films. I am a storyteller at heart, a musician (songwriter), and an avid enthusiast of cinema. I also have experience working on an animation project as a lead writer.
