Profile Description

I want to express my interest in the General Virtual Assistant position. I am a self-motivated and progress-driven professional with an extensive background in this industry. I believe I have experiences and skills that will bring value to your company.

I have always had a passion working as a Customer Support in BPO industry for 8 years and  as a General Virtual Assistant in the Insurance Claims field for almost 6 years; during my previous position as General Virtual Assistant, I quickly developed skills in communication and feedback from my managers backs this up. In addition, the work experience I gained has enabled me to build and practice skills in essential areas such as customer service and management.

I have an excellent work ethic, am attentive to detail and am a consummate professional. I believe my skills and experience will allow me to contribute substantially to your team and goal.
