Profile Description

I have been in the outsourcing industry for almost 9 years ---------- om telecommunications to in-house/manufacturing company. My previous job was with a French-American Company, Schneider Electric where I started as a Technical Support Representative for 4 years and eventually landed a new role as a Loyalty Customer Consultant for 2 ---------- om technical issues to data process for 6 years. I also worked with an Australian account for almost 3 years. I was responsible in winning back the customer back to our ---------- is a combination of voice and non-voice account but most of the time I do non-voice function. I processed errors and rejected orders and email consultants on what they can do with the customer.
Before I became a customer service representative, I also worked as a production operator wherein I handled floor plans for wall panel section. 12 hours of work with no sitting, I managed to stay with the company for 5 months. 
My first job, before I landed on those careers was a personnel assistant wherein I worked with my father as a manager. I was still studying ---------- was like a full-time to part-time job but because I wanted to challenge myself, I opt to find a new job and from there I went from one job to another job.
These careers helped me develop my skills and hopefully I can utilize all these skills to provide quality service to my employer/client.
