For nearly two years now, my main focus has been Knowledge Writing—helping businesses organize their data, write internal manuals, and create clear documentation. Alongside that, I’ve worked as an Executive Assistant and managed social media channels from the ground up, including handling the graphic design work myself.

-The Analytical Side: Two years of writing crisp, clear documentation and SOPs so your team or customers have the answers they need.
-Executive Assistance: Handling calendar management and inbox cleanup using Google Workspace, Outlook, Asana, Jira, and Slack.
-Social Media & Design: Planning feeds, scheduling posts, and creating custom graphics in Canva and Photoshop.
