I am a detail-oriented IT professional with over five years of experience in system administration, gained from working in a Japan-based manufacturing company. I specialize in IT equipment and software installation,  maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as remote support, technical documentation, and coordination with offshore teams for complex issues.

In addition to my IT background, I have hands-on experience in XML tagging and digital content formatting. I previously worked in an XML content factory where I converted legal book PDFs into structured electronic files using XML markup. I ensured accurate tagging, adherence to client standards, and met strict quality and daily quota requirements. This role sharpened my precision, consistency, and data-handling skills.
