I’m a Content Operations Manager with 7+ years of experience leading global teams, supporting people development, and managing complex content projects across academic and corporate environments. I currently work across text-based and multimedia content, with a strong focus on educational, instructional, and scalable content systems.

My background includes 2+ years of teaching at a higher-education institution, which gives me a deep understanding of how people learn and how to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and effective content.
