Before doing small businesses, I worked as a customer service representative for half a year. And sales representative for 4 years. My experiences as a customer representative includes resolving client inquiries efficiently, managing conflicts and complaints and maintaining positive costumer realtionship. I’ve handled a lot of travel bookings from companies such as orbitz and cheaptickets. While as a sales representative i do product presentations to healthcare professionals, managing our own territory to prioritize visits to doctors, eye centers and pharmacies. Analyzing our competitors activities and strategies, arrange appointments with healthcare professionals every time we launched new products. And because we deal with professionals, we are also into fashion and luxury.
