I’m an IT and Data Professional with 5 years of experience across technical support, data programming, and business intelligence. I started my career as an IT Associate at WalterMart, where I handled POS systems, server maintenance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations.

For the past 4 years, I’ve been working as a Data Programmer at Kantar, supporting Australian clients and working with large-scale datasets for well-known companies. My role focuses on data processing, reporting, and analytics using SPSS Dimensions and Power BI to deliver accurate and actionable insights.

I’m highly proficient in Python and also have experience working with SQL for data handling, automation, and reporting tasks. In addition, I’m currently expanding my skills in software and web development, continuously practicing and building projects to strengthen my knowledge in modern development technologies.
