Profile Description

I’m an Operations Manager with over 2 years of experience in the BPO industry, working closely with US-based clients in client management, operations, and team leadership.
In my current role, I handle multiple client accounts with several lines of business, making sure daily operations run smoothly and clients are confident in the service they receive. I regularly communicate with clients to align expectations, review performance, and address concerns before they turn into bigger issues.
I’ve also had hands-on experience with program and site launches. I helped launch my mother account in a new site, supporting the program from setup until it became stable. I later led the launch of another program that I’m currently managing, focusing on staffing, process readiness, and smooth delivery from day one.
Recruitment and team support are also part of my role. I’ve been involved in interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and helping teams ramp up, making sure they’re ready to meet both operational goals and client expectations.
I’m known for being reliable, organized, and easy to work with. I value clear communication, accountability, and building long-term working relationships. I take ownership of my work and genuinely care about helping clients succeed while keeping operations efficient and stable.
