I’ve worked in inbound customer support (BPO), handling customers who were frustrated, especially with delayed orders. That experience really taught me how to stay calm, listen properly, and help people feel heard even when they’re upset.
I also had the chance to work as a General Manager, where I handled people, operations, and daily decisions. It helped me become more responsible and comfortable dealing with pressure and different personalities.
At the same time, I’ve been trading for about 7 years, mainly MNQ and MES. Most of what I do involves execution, journaling, and sticking to a plan. I’ve learned the hard way how important discipline is, especially when small mistakes can affect everything.
I also passed a funded account with Apex, so I’m used to following strict rules and staying consistent even during tough periods.
Overall, I’m someone who shows up, stays focused, and takes things seriously but I also understand the human side of things, whether it’s in trading or dealing with people.
