As a school manager, I took the role of being the administrator of our school FB pages. I made it sure there are school related updates on a regular basis and the one responsible to answer inquiries.

This is the greatest skill that I have being a school leader and educator. I have really the passion to teach and train other people.

Being an FB page admin, I have to have the skill to create posts for the school ensuring they are grammatical since our page is representing an educational institution. I have to do it on a regular basis as well so our stakeholders will be updated on our programs and accomplishments including our future plans.

I have finished my master's degree and now I am about to graduate my doctorate program and when it comes to doing research, it wont be new to me.

Aside from my BPO experience as a telephone banker before, I've been doing this when I respond to inquiries on our school FB pages and when I answer a comment in certain post as well.

I also had several editing projects before for the school and for our FB pages. I have created various programs, tarp designs for stage backdrops using different designing tools and Canva is actually one.

I can actually create movies and make some edits. As to this skill, its not absolutely new to me.
