Profile Description

I am an aspiring SOC Analyst and CCNA-certified cybersecurity candidate focused on security monitoring, log review, network detection, and structured investigation documentation.

My main portfolio project is a Segmented SOC Monitoring and Malware Analysis Homelab built in VMware Workstation Pro. The lab includes pfSense firewall segmentation, Wazuh centralized monitoring, Windows/Linux telemetry, Zeek and Suricata network detection, Squid proxy logging, Kali/CALDERA controlled lab activity, and FLARE-VM/REMnux malware and PCAP analysis workflows.

The baseline build and documentation are complete, and I am now working on structured SOC investigation case writeups covering internal alerts, controlled attack-generated detections, CALDERA activity, and malware/PCAP investigations.

My background includes electronics engineering, networking fundamentals, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, Python-based data collection, research, reporting, and remote work coordination. I am looking for entry-level SOC Analyst, Junior Cybersecurity Analyst, Security Monitoring Analyst, or cyber defense support roles where I can continue developing practical skills in alert triage, SIEM/log review, incident documentation, and evidence-based investigation.
