Profile Description

I have 2.11 years of working experience as a Deduction Specialist (Accounts Receivable) wherein I am one of the SME and trainer for new hires. 

I have an ongoing training for bookkeeping for Xero and QuickBooks.

I have more than 3 years experience working in a BPO company (both voice and non-voice). My most recent experience is working as a Team Manager. I guide and support my team for them to fully understand what they needed to do to achieve client target. I also do reporting and evaluation of their performance. I also did part time QA for my team because when they were endorsed in production, there was no available QA, so I stepped up and do the role of a QA for my team. As their team manager, I also do their scorecard dispute for discrepancies on team score that was submitted to the reporting team and attendance validation for work from home issues encountered while on duty.

I have an experience working as a Medical Transcriptionist for about 1.5 years. After that, I worked at an Online Sports Betting company in Makati City, Philippines for 8 months doing research, organising daily games offered, scheduling staffs, coordinating with other teams for the matches and monitoring live games for errors to be reported to the IT Department.

After working in Manila, I worked as a Poker Dealer in Boracay Island for 5 months (including 3 months training because we were waiting for the opening schedule of the Poker Club). I resigned from the Poker Club for an opportunity in a Casino, also in Boracay Island.

I'm willing to be trained if my skills are not suitable enough. I am a fast learner and can be self trained. I can work unsupervised given that I was given enough knowledge of what I needed to do.
