Currently I work extensively within the Pantheon platform where I manage and optimize sites while also ensuring smooth integrations with hosting environments and domain management. My work goes beyond routine maintenance as I focus on providing proactive solutions, minimizing risks, and ensuring seamless user experiences for both clients and their audiences.
Before stepping into my current role, I worked as a Customer Success Engineer supporting teams that relied on WordPress, Drupal, and Pantheon. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication, collaborative problem solving, and building strong client relationships.
