Profile Description

• Prepares plans & estimates for mechanical related projects, as well as provide the lead in the implementation of said projects.
• Supervise mechanical technician and other maintenance of buildings and infrastructure facilities activities.
• Oversees & renders close physical inspection in PMS and installation of HVAC Systems, pumps, and waterline.
• Evaluating requests for project progress billings, projects time extensions/suspensions and prepares drafts recommendations
• Prepares and/or review of construction project biding documents, TOR and contracts.
• Assists in the evaluation of eligibility of bidders, including their technical & financial proposals.
• Providing quotation/estimate and project timeline to clients for HVAC system projects, ensuring that the equipment satisfies their needs and technical requirements.
• Designing of AC System layout in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• In charge of managing inhouse technicians and subcontractors; making sure that Lead Technician/Asst. Technician are moving at the same pace to finish the project on time.
• Supervise the team of AC technicians in charge of troubleshooting, repairing, and cleaning of Air Conditioning such as Precision Air Conditioning systems.
• Store files of significant service team reports, such as the start-up checklist, field service report,
and preventive maintenance checklist.
• Ensure that workers complete high-quality work and comply with work procedures.
• Responsible for the site ocular visit, calculations of the capacity, and providing estimate of an Air Conditioning System for a certain Area.
• Design and develop an Air-Conditioning Layout by using Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) selection software from AC manufacturers.
• Monitored the everyday activities of the team of technicians in charge of installing and performing preventive maintenance on light commercial and VRF Air Conditioning Units.
