I've been exposed and experienced on leasing particularly on commercial spaces small and up scale type for almost 14 years. As the position requires, I am responsible in looking for potential partners, make their contract and negotiate with them until I closed a deal. I also oversee their day to day operations to ensure the effective administration of leases, compliance with legal requirements and optimization of rental income. Responsible also in maintaining and updating lease records, documents and data base. I do also prepare and track budgets related to leased. Monitor rent payments, discounts, and escalations.
