My education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship as well as
an Associate degree in Enterprise Development. I have gained about 5 years'
worth of work experience in the business, sales, operations, marketing &
administrative fields. On top of my previous full-time jobs, I also had
experience as a part-time ESL teacher and an active freelance writer/Canva graphics
designer. I have been an active freelance writer for about 7 years now.

I have gained 4 and 1/2 years' worth of managerial/supervisorial
roles and am confident I can lead a diverse team and provide top-notch customer
service to international clients. Currently, I am employed as an operations
team leader/manager, handling all educational consultants in our company and
assisting all US clients. I have been working in my current company for almost
4 years. I started out as an Assistant Operations Team Leader and, through my
consistent efforts at work, was eventually promoted to the Team Leader/Manager
position. Due to this, I am confident that I can provide various strategies
& tactical plans for achieving the company's target growth.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all the
departments in an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as
well as cross-team. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new
