I used to be a Booking Executive that deals with customers reservation. I am the one booking their accommodation and/or flight travel itinerary. I used to call and email hotels to reconfirm their accommodation for smooth transaction and experience.

Been handling a team for more than 5 years. Equipped in developing and mentoring team members.

I also handled healthcare account. We are the second stage approval before our members can have a full privilege with Medicaid. We review their documents prior submitting to State.

I used to be a credit referral advisor, we are the approving body before a customer can have a service from us. We checked their previous accounts for possible outstanding debt, collect the balance if any and we refer to their credit score prior approving their application for handsets/Line/Broadband etc
