• Maintain accurate financial records using XERO/Quickbooks accounting software
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger entries of multiple accounts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable. 
• Verifying the accuracy of all invoices and ensuring they are approved for payment.
• Prepare and issuance of invoice and billings to clients or customers.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
• Compile, analyze, and create reports on financial data such as balance sheet and income statement.
• Record and post transactions such as income and expenditures
• Manage all accounting transactions and reports statements such as Financial Statements consisting of Profit and Loss (Income and Expense) Statement, Balance Sheet (Assets and Liabilities), and Cash Flow Statement (operating, investing, and financing activities).
• Reconcile accounts payables and receivables.
• Documentation and Filing of company's files.
• Compute and prepare taxes.
• Ensure timely processing of payments (Bill payment reminders and employee payment processing)
• Willing to accept any related work as assigned by the management within the scope of Accounting and Bookkeeping general practice.

ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS
• Answer phones, manage emails, and handle general office tasks.
• Coordinate administrative duties as needed.
• Stay updated with accounting principles, standards, and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices.

PROCUREMENT WORKS
• Sourcing out items
• Maintain supplier relationships for pricing strategies and negotiations
• Negotiating prices with suppliers
• Make Vendor Agreements Contracts
• Ensure items from suppliers meet ISO Certifications
• Onboard items and suppliers to Ezyprocure
• Generate Reports from Ezyprocure
• Process payments with GRN
