I am a passionate writer by heart. I always try to educate, encourage and inspire people with my writings. I have been a Freelance content writer, article writer, copywriter, blogger and researcher for over 2 years. Dabbled into writing after having retired as a Telecommunications professional. Most of my writings are in the following niches: health/nutrition, education, customer experience, social media, real estate, travel, self-improvement/personal development, legal services, home services industry, e-commerce and women empowerment. I produce high quality, plagiarism-free and SEO optimized content. Highly proficient in grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and composition. Proofreads before submission to ensure above par and error-free writings. My other skills include: editing, research and doing content for social media marketing.
 
As an aside, for my corporate experience - I have over 21 years solid and extensive experience in managing Customer Services' Profit Centers (Call Center & Business Center) and Technical Operations Support Teams.
